My heart is troubled. I can't tell you the number of times I've cried for God to SEND HIS GLORY and do miracles and lift up this city. I have no reason to be troubled though, Jesus promises me in John 16:33 that He has overcome the WORLD. That means that the battle is already won. There is no competition. Satan is defeated. As I was telling this to the middle school girls in my small group this morning I started crying because once I proclaimed that with my mouth, and said OUT LOUD that the BATTLE IS ALREADY WON, it became truth again to me. I let it actually settle in.
So please just continue to keep me in your prayers and pray that my heart may have peace from the fact that Jesus has overcome.
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33
